By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Small Business Regulation (§19 UStG)
According to §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge or display VAT. All prices shown are final prices.

2. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed directly through our online shop.
Payment options include PayPal and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.

3. Shipping
We process and ship orders within the indicated delivery times.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges
You may return items within 14 days after receiving them.
Please contact us in advance to arrange a return.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

5. Liability
We are not liable for delays or damages beyond our control (e.g. shipping carrier delays).
